Hunger remains a serious problem in North Carolina. The Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina seeks to assist more than 400,000 people in 34 counties who struggle with hunger each day.

This December, Manbites Dog asks you to join us in a food drive to benefit the Food Bank. We will be collecting food donations at all performances of our current show, Act a Lady, running December 4-20, 2008. If you are attending a performance, we ask that you bring a donation of nutritious, non-perishable food, hygiene items, or infant products.

See a list of acceptable items here.

See performance dates/times here.

If you aren't attending the show, you can drop off food during our box office hours, Monday through Friday, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Manbites Dog, 703 Foster Street in Durham. Call ahead at 919.682.4974 to make sure someone is here to accept your donation.
