IMPORTANT: How to avoid Saturday parade traffic

TICKET AVAILABILITY:
We are currently SOLD OUT of $20 general tickets for the 7:00 and 9:30 p.m. performances of FOUND vs. PostSecret on December 1, 2007. We are also sold out of $65 VIP tickets for the both shows. There is a POSSIBILITY that we will add some general tickets for one or both shows; if so, those will go on sale on our website ONLY, on Saturday December 1 at noon. Please check back at our website on Saturday for more information.

WAITING LIST:
We expect to have some waiting list tickets available for both shows on Saturday night. We will start taking names for a first-come first-served waiting list for both shows when we open the box office about 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. You must be here in person to get on the waiting list and can sign up for a maximum of two tickets. We will release tickets to the 7:00 p.m. list if and when they become available. Door sales are $20 (or $8 if you have a student i.d.), cash or check only, no credit card sales at the door. If you do not make it into the 7:00 p.m. show, you can transfer to the waiting list for the 9:30 show. We will begin releasing tickets to the 9:30 list at about 8:45.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How many tickets will you have available?
We won't know for sure until the night of the show, but usually we have a few house tickets available. In addition, we sometimes have last minute cancellations, no-shows, or attendees who don't need all of their reserved tickets.

What are my chances of getting in?
There are no guarantees, but if you're the first person on the list, your chances are very good. Your odds lessen the further down on the list you are.

What time should I arrive to be first in line?
(Yes, we really get asked this question. A lot.)
Sometimes nobody arrives for the waiting list until fifteen or twenty minutes after we open. Sometimes there are already a half dozen or more people lined up outside when we arrive. You never know.

We have a group of eight. Can I come by myself and sign up all eight?
No. You can sign up for a maximum of two tickets. To sign up a group of eight, at least four of you would have to be here in person. (Note: we don't allow scalping. If you attempt it, you get removed from the list.)

When do you start releasing tickets to the waiting list?
For the 7:00 p.m. show, between 5:45 and 7:00 as tickets become available. For the 9:30 p.m. show, between 8:15 and 9:30 as tickets become available. If we call your name and you are not here, we cross you off the list and go to the next person.

What is seating like for the waiting list?
We seat around 100 people so most seats are fine. It may be side seating (reasonably good sightlines, but at an angle). At the discretion of the house managers, we may offer standing room, at regular ticket price. Waiting list seating may or may not be together.

What if I don't like the seating?
Return to the box office BEFORE the show starts for a full refund. We will resell your tickets to the next person(s) on the waiting list.

If I'm on the waiting list for the 7:00 show but don't get in, can I "carry over" to the waiting list for the 9:30 show?
Yes if you request it when you sign up. We will not start releasing 9:30 tickets until about 8:45.

If I have Season Vouchers, do I get priority on the waiting list?
No, but you CAN use your vouchers to purchase your tickets if you do get in. Let us know when you sign up on the list that you plan to use vouchers.

Can I buy waiting list tickets at Student Rush prices?
Yes, if you are a student. Student Rush tickets are $8. You must have a current, valid student i.d. with you for EACH ticket purchased.

I REALLY wanted to see the show, but now I can't...
